ABOUT ME
In 2017, I was introduced to the Feldenkrais Method due to an illness my daughter had. When I noticed the rapid positive changes in my daughter and the effect of Feldenkrais group lessons on me, I decided to take teacher training.
I attended my EuroTAB approved Feldenkrais Training, which lasted for 4 years, in Israel, Italy and Japan by Dr. I started under the tutorship of Eilat Almagor and Anat Krivine, one of Moshe Feldenkrais' first students. In 2022, I completed my education and became an International Professional Feldenkrais Instructor. By completing the VML (Verbal Engine Learning) training in 2020, I became a VML Trainer.
I primarily teach functional integration (FI) and VML classes with children with special needs, at the same time, I continue to teach the rich content of the Feldenkrais Method through Movement Awareness (ATM) lessons for anyone who wants to increase their quality of life, improve their professional performance and add movement to their lives.
